Secondary school and university students who have completed registration on the Community Shaper 2025 website (registration status can be verified through the confirmation email)

Project and Submission Requirements

To ensure fair consideration, please submit your complete project by the deadline - only fully compliant entries will be reviewed by our judging panel 

Rules 

• Form teams of 3-5 members. Teams should have a diverse mix of strengths and skills (e.g., programming, design, business, etc.).  
• Treat all guest speakers, participants, mentors, and organizers with respect and courtesy. Discrimination or harassment of ANY kind will NOT be tolerated.  
• Participate actively and punctually in all sessions. They are designed to help you gain insights and skills for your project. Taking notes is always encouraged.  
• Take advantage of the mentorship opportunities and feedback sessions to refine your project ideas.  
• Maintain the highest standards of integrity and ethics.
• Avoid plagiarism and ensure all work is original or properly credited.  
• Use this opportunity to network with peers, mentors, and industry professionals. Building relationships can be valuable for your future endeavours.
•  If you encounter any issues, please do not hesitate to seek assistance from the event’s organizers.  
• Ensure a healthy and safe working environment.
• Take regular breaks and stay hydrated.  
• Speak up if you observe anything that violates these guidelines. The organizers will take actions accordingly
